Red Stag TimberLab specialises in the manufacture of glue laminated (Glulam) and Cross laminated (CLT) timber products that are supplied into projects throughout New Zealand and across the world. A full range of Glulam/CLT options as well as fabricated LVL structural solutions are produced in our plants in compliance with the strict requirements of internationally recognised codes and standards. Specialised plant and equipment have been developed to enable the efficient production of high quality solutions, such as the installation of a 2x 5 axis CNC Gantry Bridges as well as 5 axis beam processors. This means we are able to offer specialist detailing and extremely efficient processing and finishing of complex timber structures. This includes curved and double curved elements, prefabricated (glue lapped) portals, other glue lapped prefabricated solutions, large format prefabricated LVL components, offsite module builds and a full suite of CLT panels of any shape or size.
