Red Frame Consulting was established in 2017. We provides services in the areas of * project management, * business strategy, * research and consumer engagement, * evaluation, and * program development experience. We have provided advice and/or worked on-site in public, not-for-profit and private settings. Red Frame Consulting is led by Monique Hanley, a strategic project manager with 20 years experience of making sustainable improvements in business management, strategy, program design, and impact monitoring and assessment. Our priority is to understand the specific requirements of the organisation we are working with to ensure services and solutions are the best fit for our clients and their audiences.
