We have built up excellent relationships with schools within our programme supplying Teaching Assistants on a voluntary basis for free, of which are trained with the core basic knowledge that will enable them to begin teaching within a classroom effectively. This part of the programme is ‘Not for Profit’ and therefore does not affect school recruitment budgets. In return all we ask is that you consider us when recruiting for your Qualified Teacher posts, or when requiring a Supply Teacher. We know that once you have worked with us in one area and we have proven our professional capabilities – you will be confident that we can provide the same service in other areas. Recruitment and Development Solutions will recruit supply teachers and permanent teachers, for temporary and full-time positions in your school. For only a small fee of £495 plus vat we will advertise and recruit for your permanent positions and our rates for Supply Teachers are very competitive.
