RecruiTest was founded out of the award winning testing consultancy, nFocus. nFocus was established in 1999, and its success has been borne out of hiring the best talent. This has been maintained and scaled by a specialist approach to screening, interviewing and "testing" candidates to find the right people for the right roles. In 2011 we recognised that any organisations looking to hire a testing resource would find this approach useful, and thus nFocus Resources was born. Having given a competitive advantage to a strong portfolio of clients since then, we rebranded nFocus Resources to RecruiTest in May 2015.
