Recruit Group Information

Recruit Group, formerly known as answerQuest, is a full-service executive search firm providing contract, contract to hire, direct hire, and pay-rolling services. Since our beginning in 1998, Recruit Group has been successfully placing "A" players in the key industry sectors of: Physical & Logical Security, Healthcare Technology, Retail and E-Commerce. Clients choose us because of our deep domain knowledge, genuine passion, and premium network of specialized talent. Our philosophy is succinct: It’s all about talent! No company can expect to beat the competition unless it has the best human capital. Our executive recruiters have one focus: find the “employed non-looker,” the passive candidate who is an “A” player and bring them to you, our client. By utilizing state of the art tools, skill assessments and behavioral-based interviews, we help our clients make the right decision when it comes to hiring.
