We at Record Telephone and Data Communication Services are proud of our great customer service and technical excellence. Record Telephone Services has existed as an independent telecommunication company since 1995. Owner Adrian Record brings many years of telecom experience to the business. His early training was with British Telecom, where he completed his apprenticeship and worked for eight years. After coming to Canada, he was employed in various capacities with Bell Canada for seventeen years. Our company has four full-time, skilled technicians, and we have access to extra technical support for larger jobs. We operate from a fully staffed office in Fergus, Ontario, which can provide administrative and training back-up promptly and well. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we know that our clients appreciate a timely and courteous response to any questions they may have.
