RECORD RETRIEVAL SERVICE: Record Express’ Record Retrieval Service helps organizations reduce their cost of records retrieval while lowering their turnaround time to receive records which increases profitability and efficiency. MEDICAL RECORD ANALYSIS: Our Medical Record Analysis service helps legal entities increase productivity and enhance their success rates by increasing their comprehension of the medical facts involved in a case in a thorough, timely and cost efficient manner. We provide customized reports and chronologies tailored to our clients’ needs. PARAMEDICAL EXAMS AND ATTENDING PHYSICIANS STATEMENTS (APS): Our licensed nurses perform complete, quick and accurate Paramedical Exams that allow insurance companies to approve applications for life, disability and long term care policies at a much faster rate than they have been able to in the past. We can scan documents to digital images in many different formats and file types. Our technology can “cleanup” the images, as well as make them more serviceable by running them through an optical character recognition engine (OCR) which allows key word searches to be performed, greatly increasing efficiency when searching for important information within a document.
