There comes a point in many leadership journeys when success no longer feels the way it once did. From the outside, everything appears to be going well. Yet inside, decisions feel heavier. Things become foggy. You begin to question yourself. Leadership starts to feel more like a performance than a natural expression of who you are. That is where my work begins. I help leaders slow down, think more clearly, trust themselves again, find their way again, and lead in a way that feels less like a performance and more like who they really are. My name is Karan Kumar, and I work as a Reconnection Coach. With more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience, I am an ICF ACC and EMCC EIA certified coach with additional training in Transactional Analysis (TA 101) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades leading marketing, business transformation and growth across industries. Those experiences continue to shape how I listen, think and coach. I work with senior leaders, founders, entrepreneurs and professionals navigating growth, transition or uncertainty. Together, we create the space to step away from the noise, reflect more deeply, and make decisions that feel aligned with both their ambitions and who they are. For me, coaching is simply a conversation that helps people see themselves and their situation more clearly. From that clarity comes better thinking, better decisions, and the confidence to move forward with conviction. Because success changes us all. The real challenge is staying connected to yourself as you evolve and outgrow the version of yourself that created it.
