Recent Grad Launch Pad Information

The launch years are full of possibilities. They can also be full of uncertainty. From deciding what comes after high school to navigating a first job or early career, young people face important decisions—often before they've had the opportunity to fully understand their strengths, interests, and what matters most to them. Recent Grad Launch Pad helps students and young adults navigate these transitions with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Through strengths-based coaching, interactive learning experiences, and practical career development, we help young people better understand themselves, make thoughtful decisions about their future, and build the real-world skills to thrive. Whether their next step is college, skilled trades, military service, entrepreneurship, or entering the workforce, we believe every path deserves thoughtful consideration. We also partner with parents, educators, and organizations committed to helping young people successfully navigate the transition into adulthood and the workplace. Because there's no single right way to launch. But knowing yourself is a powerful place to begin.
