Reboot builds and powers coalitions for courageous, structural change. Founded in 2010 to challenge the norms, policies, and institutions that enable and sustain structural inequity, we are a group of tireless strategists, organizers, and designers and working to advance public discourse and action for social justice. We know that the world has the resources and ability to ensure all people live a safe, dignified, fulfilling life. Yet, there are persistent, structural barriers to realizing this simple but radical vision. In over 40 countries around the world, we work with communities, artists, movement leaders, researchers, governments, businesses, and philanthropic allies to overcome these barriers, and to realize the world we know is possible. Together with our visionary partners, we develop bold proposals to advance equity and justice, build momentum for innovative and intersectional solutions, and lead transformative co-creation processes. And support our partners through the long fights to win structural change. We won’t rest until our communities—especially those who have been historically oppressed—have true agency in shaping our world, and until our halls of power reflect the will of the people.
