Rebecca's love for baking started at a very young age. She would help her mom in the kitchen, baking sweet and savory foods. After working several years in the medical field she put her career on hold to raise a family. While her children were at school, Rebecca began exploring fun and creative ways to make desserts. In 2012, she made her very first cake pop for the holidays. Rebecca hasnt stopped baking since! She began making cake pops for family, friends, and soon received inquiries for custom-made creations. Her baking hobby grew into an exciting small business as she honed her skills as a baker and an artist. What keeps Rebecca baking are her clients! A small round piece of cake coated with chocolate and fixed on the end of a stick so as to resemble a lollipop. The Oxford definition neglects to mention cake pops are truly delicious. Rebeccas cakes are baked from scratch using only the most premium and freshest ingredients. Once the cake cools, it is then crumbled and molded into different shapes and sizes. A stick is applied to the newly formed cake ball and is then carefully dipped into velvety candy melts that will harden once cooled. Since the cake is encased in smooth and shiny candy melt, the cakes flavor and moisture is locked in until the first bite. The last step is where Rebecca uses her steady hands and her eye for detail to decorate the outside of the cake pop, creating designs that are beautiful and delish!
