Real Estate Asset Management SGR S.p.A. è una Società di Gestione del Risparmio specializzata nell’istituzione e gestione di Fondi comuni d’Investimento Immobiliari. È l’unica SGR italiana nel cui azionariato sono presenti esclusivamente fondazioni bancarie. La presenza delle fondazioni si riflette in maniera positiva sia sulla origination delle opportunità immobiliari, che nel processo di valorizzazione degli assets grazie allo svolgimento della propria attività istituzionale. Ad oggi, REAM SGR ha istituito e gestisce 14 fondi di investimento immobiliari chiusi tutti riservati ad investitori qualificati, per un attivo gestito complessivamente superiore a euro 1,5 mld. _______________________________________________________________________________ Real Estate Asset Management SGR S.p.A. is an Asset Management Company specialized in the establishment and management of real estate funds. REAM SGR is the only Italian SGR where the shareholders are exclusively represented by Banking Foundations. The presence of the Banking Foundations, and their institutional activity, reflects positively on the origination process of new investment opportunities as well as on the valorisation process of real estate assets. REAM SGR has established a thin management structure, specialized both in the financial and real estate sectors. This ensures fast and efficient decision and control processes, to allow for the gradual development of a large and assorted portfolio of assets, diversified in terms of risk, return and asset class. As of today, REAM SGR manages a total of eight closed real estate investment funds, with a total asset under management of more than euro 1 bln.
