REAM Partnership LLP is a multi-disciplinary consultancy practice that specialise in delivering professional building and building services, including mechanical and electrical services, to the education community. We were established in 2000, shortly after the introduction of fair funding for schools and have since supported well over one-hundred schools with facilitating day to day maintenance design and management. Our team is continuingly striving to provide our clients with the best service possible, we want our clients to focus on their school while we take care of everything else. We provide the complete service for new project works, from initial meetings and providing detailed professional drawings, right through to the completion of the works. We are there every step of the way guiding the school through the hard parts of building in schools. After completing various projects we are well experienced to a whole range of project works; from new buildings to make new classrooms, to new all-weather sports pitches, we have a vast experience and knowledge of many situations of project work. We also have a wealth of knowledge with regards to health and safety policies and legislations meaning we know exactly what needs to be done. Our core service is designed to ensure that schools meet their statutory obligations in maintaining and inspecting the various systems to the standards required, whilst delivering exceptional value by prolonging the life of expensive plant through rigorous and effective management regimes. We provide a 24 hour facility for emergency repairs and a help desk to provide support to schools for routine day to day maintenance. We assist schools with matters relating to health & safety including management of Asbestos and fire as well as operating an approved list of contractors ensuring quality, value for money and professionalism every time.
