Since 1988, RealMarq Corporation and its affiliates have been involved in the development of over one hundred Rite Aid stores, ten Checkers Restaurants, five Advance Auto stores, three Auto Zone stores, five McDonald restaurants, two BP service stations, plus two strip shopping centers. Other individual developments were competed for Sun Oil, BP Oil, PNC Bank and First Bank - NJ. From a pure construction management / general contracting standpoint, RealMarq Corporation and Oberon Construction Company have constructed over thirty Rite Aid stores. Sixteen of those stores were developed as a build-to-suit owner. The Rite Aid projects averaged $800,000 cost in the initial years, going to the present, $4,000,000. In the twenty-first century, RealMarq continues to adapt to the changing development environment, while always providing the utmost of personal service to its clients.
