Real Therapy Solutions is a multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children, young people and adults across NSW. As a registered NDIS provider, our team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners work alongside individuals, families, schools, support teams and providers to deliver practical, person centred support that makes a genuine difference in everyday life. Founded by Psychologist and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner Amanda Wood, Real Therapy Solutions was built on the belief that great therapy should be collaborative, evidence based and grounded in real world outcomes. Our team supports people across home, school, community, workplace and supported living environments, with services tailored to individual strengths, goals and support needs. Whether supporting communication, emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation, independence, social connection or behaviours of concern, we focus on strategies that are practical, sustainable and meaningful in day to day life. We believe behaviour support should work in real life, not just on paper. Our Behaviour Support team works closely with participants and the people around them to better understand behaviour, reduce risk and support the safe use and reduction of restrictive practices, with strategies designed to be practical, clearly understood and consistently applied across environments. Real Therapy Solutions is proud to be a three time winner of the Outstanding Health Improvement Services Award and to be strengthening practitioner development through the School of Positive Behaviour Support, delivered in partnership with MedHealth Academy and the University of Melbourne. What sets us apart is our multidisciplinary approach and commitment to building capability through education, mentoring, supervision and professional development.
