Real Self-Defense LLC is dedicated to spreading knowledge of no-nonsense techniques and tactics for personal protection. Real-Self-Defense.com began in 2002 as a division of Stadion Publishing Company, which specializes in instructional products on sports training. Real-Self-Defense.com's purpose was (and still is) to offer no-nonsense information and training methods that integrate both the physical and mental skills needed for self-defense. In 2004 that division was organized as a separate company: Real Self-Defense LLC. Real Self-Defense LLC initially offered instructional videos and free self-defense tips. In 2004 we began selling our first self-defense implement: the Unbreakable® Umbrella. The genuine Unbreakable® Umbrella is made by Thomas Kurz's company Never-Thought-of-It Enterprises. We have offered a variety of Unbreakable® Umbrella models while maintaining the highest performance standards. Our Unbreakable® Umbrellas have gained such popularity that knock-off manufacturers began selling cheap substitutes. Still, no substitute can match the quality of an authentic Unbreakable® Umbrella and Real Self-Defense LLC's service.
