As an industry thought leader with a track record of high performance and success, I have assisted select organizations, field leaders and advisors in optimizing their organizations and practices. This has included advising Field Leaders on restructuring their organizations for greater efficiency; assisting advisors and advisor teams in developing greater role clarity for their practices and assisting organizations in adapting to changing competitive environments.
