ReadyDC is a power-led developer-operator of right-sized brownfield metro data-centre sites — targeting 5–20 MW Phase 1 opportunities with pathways to 40 MW+ where the network supports it. AI-ready, metro-edge, independent of any cloud. Power is the constraint on metro AI capacity, so power is where we start. We originate brownfield sites on the basis of grid position and credible pathway to AI-ready power. We convert existing industrial assets. We operate the result. The platform is built for tenants who need metro AI capacity in months, not years — particularly latency-sensitive inference, enterprise and cloud workloads, and neoclouds.
