Ready To Work Information

Ready To Work (RTW) is a San Joaquin-based non-profit organization, founded in 2016, aimed at achieving and advocating for equity and promoting wrap-around, well-being services through a humanistic approach for California’s marginalized, minority, and economically segregated populations, communities of color, and all other vulnerable neighbors (collectively referred to as Underserved) living in or at-risk of homelessness. Ready To Work’s activities include providing career pathways (job training, job placement, workforce development); housing (temporary, safety, transitional, permanent); supportive family services (family reunification, safety net services); education (high school equivalency, English literacy, financial literacy); and, improving access to health care (medical, dental, behavioral). Ready To Work partners with families to help them recognize their strengths and trust in their own capacity to transform their lives. At the heart of our program is non-judgmental, supportive intensive wrap-around case management. Ready To Work serves over 3,500 clients per year through supportive, holistic programs.
