Craig entered the wireless field nearly 20 years ago managing emergency service calls in the NYC market as project manager with a subcontractor. He gained a reputation as the go-to person performing every type of service call from RF, Electrical, General and HVAC High-Temp emergency. He moved to doing the same as an emplyee of the prime contractor until creating Reactive Construction Services 6 years ago providing preventative maintainance and emergency services on over 400 sites in Manhattan as well as construction services in the Philadelphia, NJ and NY markets. Michelle joined Reactive at its inception and currently manages the office and the dispatch of maintenance and emergency technicians. Jessica fields call and works with the field team to respond to all maintenance and service calls.
