We tailor our treatments according to your individual needs and goals, and we provide an integrated treatment plan combining physiotherapy/sports physiotherapy, IMS, massage therapy, sports rehabilitation and 1 to 1 Pilates/yoga when found appropriate. All services are of course available to book individually. Our aim is to treat your condition and provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to keep you pain-free and active. Our ties with Brighton’s leading orthopedic surgeons and other allied health professionals means that we offer the complete package of care, no matter what your condition.
