RD Innovations is a vibrant technology company based in Lubbock, TX. The leadership team assembled in 2016 on a mission to improve the automotive e-commerce experience through 360 degree and virtual reality online merchandising. This was the inspiration for their first software service, now known as RDI 360. In 2017, the start up was acquired by one of the fastest growing auto groups in America, the Reagor Dykes Auto Group. RD Innovations now leads digital retail strategies and e-commerce for the auto group and affiliated subsidiaries.

The Idea Factory provides services focused on transforming the corporate innovation process, taking into account the velocity required to thrive in the New Corporate Eco-system. Our unique products and services have been thoroughly developed, tested and refined during the past three years with over two dozen of the world's most significant companies. In our workshops, we weave together talent, ideas and facilities to enable participant involvement and foster innovative solutions focused on a particular task, project or strategy. Workshops serve to raise awareness within the client and can serve as a catalyst for change, usually applied for client's strategy sessions. We also serve as an outsourced innovation department, creating a blueprint for new business ventures built around a customer-centric vision of the future.
