Since our founding in 1975, Omni Architects has been designing buildings that respond to our clients’ needs and aspirations while enhancing the lives of the people who use them. At Omni, design is about creating structures that are harmonious with their surroundings; that are kind to the environment; and that facilitate the mission of the users. Parallel Architects is an architecture & design studio based in Valletta, Malta. The studio was set up in 2012 and is led by two architects, Elisa Fedeli from Milan, Italy and Edward Coppini from Malta. The practice is driven by innovation and the endless pursuit of quality in design to generate projects which are contextual, highly sensitive, distinctive, poetic & contemporary. The term ‘parallel’ emerged from our modus operandi and belief that every project is an exploration, going beyond the functional brief, creating a symbiosis of people, places, time, economy & collaborative efforts of related disciplines. Our design and methodological approach is bespoke. We take particular note of the project site's physical characteristics as we develop our work, including the terrain, the local materials, the light, and the atmosphere. The studio provides its customers with a comprehensive and integrated architectural design & project management solution, whereby the architect designs and oversees the project. The studio is presently engaged in numerous new construction projects as well as the fit out rehabilitation of offices, financial institutions, retail stores, restaurants & cafes, hotels, villas, townhouses, single and multiple residential units in Malta and Milan, Italy.
