With 25+ years of experience working on myriad aircraft (ACJ, BBJ, etc) at many completion centers, I bring extensive knowledge to every aspect of interior creation, build & certification process. Here is how I can assist you: 1. Pre-induction conversations & style consult • Discuss with the client to gain an understanding of how the aircraft is to be used • Establish aircraft requirements based on those discussions • Understand interior requirements from the client. This includes the current physical capabilities of the cabin, & the development of any interior systems, such as communications, lighting, cabin management/in-flight entertainment systems, security & others • Work with the client’s designer to establish the floorplan & concurrence with certification rules • Create a detailed interior specification based on the floorplan & selected interior systems • In consultation with the client’s designer, assist with the materials selection 2. Outside Vendor Selection • Create a Request for Quote bid package to be sent out to completion centers • Review all completion center responses, responding to any questions & providing responses to all the centers, to keep all participants on an equal knowledge basis • Assist with on-site completion center audits & final down-select 3. Completion Support • Work with the selected center to establish & monitor schedule for completion, to include all outside vendors, engineering & interior build • Review & monitor the center-created weight & balance report, to ensure all weight objectives are met • Oversee the quality of workmanship at selected vendors, such as cabinetry, upholstery, etc., as required • On-location monitoring of aircraft interior installation, from input to redelivery, on an agreed upon schedule with the client e: RCTAdvisoryServices@gmail.com
