RCP Learning is a new division at Real Cool Productions, focused on developing high-quality, engaging digital content for training and communication initiatives. From concept development and instructional design through production to deployment, we create animated and video based content including gamification, 3D simulations, assessments and mobile learning app development. As a full-service training content company, we have a creative team that covers instructional design, interviewing, content creation, graphic arts, editing, video production and animation. Our key capability is the ability to take anything from a paper training manual to an existing presenter led course and re-imagine it as a series of modules or micro learning components with a minimum of fuss at the highest level of quality. Our results literally speak for themselves. Since our founding eight years ago, we have produced over seven thousand animations, e-learning courses and other productions for several hundred organizations.
