RCG Development Group, LLC (RCG) is a real estate development firm specializing in residential and mixed-use development in "Emerging Market" urban communities that have a growing demand for housing targeted at low to middle-income families. Its area of expertise is in the development of such affordable, workforce housing and its mission is to contribute to the revitalization of urban communities, create value and ensure a positive social and competitive investment return. Through our affiliate, RCG Consulting, LLC, we offer a series of outsourcing services. We structure commercial real estate cash-flow projections, perform transaction analysis and build development models for residential and commercial projects. Additionally, RCG Consulting will supervise, manage and coordinate the planning, design, construction and completion of development projects.
