RCDolner LLC Information

RCDolner is a privately-held, limited liability company offering a wide range of construction management and general contracting services in the New York metropolitan region. Managed by three partners – Stuart Koshner, Roger Chartouni, and Anthony Dolce – RCDolner is currently engaged in and has completed a variety of projects since its founding in February 1987: including both renovation and new construction of healthcare, nursing & assisted living facilities, educational institutions, high-rise residential buildings, boutique condominium complexes in landmark structures, hotels with multi-star ratings, multi-tenant retail complexes, commercial interiors and upgrades and additions to internationally recognized museums, universities, theaters and performing arts centers. We have also completed LEED certified projects. With a shared history in diverse areas of construction and development, the partners provide a combined experience in the construction industry that stretches over 100 years. Each project benefits from this experience by their active engagement – through direct communication with the clients and design consultants and their day-to-day management of our construction professionals.
