RC Metalcraft is owned and operated by Rob Chaplin and Tamara Elkington. Rob is a certified welder and is passionate about delivering quality custom built products. Our quality staff have experience and knowledge across a broad range of areas including mining, construction, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, architectural, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and the food industry, enabling us to deliver products of excellence. We continue to develop innovative products including the release of our extensive stainless steel truck parts catalogue containing hundreds of accessories for many makes and models. RC Metalcraft is located in Albury on the Victorian/ New South Wales border, alhtough offers its servies throughout Australia. We pride ourselves upon delivering only the best, through fabricating products from drawings or designing and fabricating custom work for your particular needs. The management and dedicated staff of RC Metalcraft continue to supply outstanding services to its customer base through working together with our customers to provide quality products that meet their individual needs and expectations. It is extremely important to us that goods are delivered on time! Our modern workshop is fitted out with the following equipment; 135 tonne 3.2m NC Brake press, 2KW Amada Laser with the capacity to cut 12mm mild steel and 6mm stainless steel 1500mm wide at a continous length, 3.2m x6mm guillotine, bandsaw , cold saw, lathe, 1 x 3.5 tonne hoist, mig welders, AC Tigs, DC Tigs, tube knotcher and a 2.5 tonne fork lift. All drawings are created using Solidworks 3D CAD Drawing. We also have access to water Jet CNC machining, protective coating (2 pac, powder coating, zinc, chrome and galvanizing, mandrel bending, metal spinning and automotive engineering certification.
