RBS Dynamic is a construction technology services firm founded on a simple observation: the industry is full of great technology that nobody uses. We exist to close that gap. We specialize in three areas. MEP coordination — fabrication-ready BIM models at LOD 350-400 that trades can build from directly without re-engineering. AI and technology consulting — vendor-agnostic advisory for construction firms ready to close the adoption gap, not just buy software. Residential design services — plans drawn by people who have built them, with 500 homes designed and 140 personally built as superintendent and project manager. Our founding team brings 30+ years of hands-on field and technology experience, 7.5 years managing enterprise construction accounts at Autodesk, Prosci Change Management certification, and experience building and selling two BIM companies, including one acquired by Trimble. Our core doctrine has never changed: if the field is not using it, it failed. Every deliverable we create is designed for the people who build — not the people who file.
