RBM Building Services Information

RBM Services began in 1974 as a family business owned by Robert Moss, with only five employees cleaning small offices in Utah County. After working at RBM for years as a janitor and then a sales manager, Jon Moss purchased the company from his father in 2004 with the goal of doubling the business each year. With the help of dozens of top-notch managers, supervisors, and in-house HR and administrative support, he has surpassed that goal. From those humble beginnings RBM has grown into the largest solely owned janitorial company in the state of Utah, and our 600+ employees clean over 20 million square feet of commercial office space each year. We were honored to be named as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Utah Valley in both 2009 and 2010. Current clients include many of the largest buildings in the state, including BOMA Utah TOBY Award winners. But despite our size, RBM is still a family business, and we continue to provide the personal service and quality work that RBM was founded on. At RBM, total satisfaction is our standard. Our commitment to this principle has led dozens of our clients, such as Novell, to entrust us with their facilities for over twenty years running. We exceed expectations by offering quality performance, quick response time, and unparalleled customer service. We realize that some situations require immediate attention, and that solutions may be intensive and lengthy. We are committed to getting the job done - the right way, on time, every time. When it comes to customer service, at RBM we do whatever it takes.
