The aim of rbinspire.net is to match experienced and skilled business mentors with small business owners who are looking for inspiration and support to develop their plans for business growth. Working with a mentor is a bit like having an experienced guide to help you on your business journey. They are not there to tell you what to do, but will offer encouragement and guidance, acting as a sounding board or ‘critical friend’, and helping you to find the answers to your business questions so you can make informed decisions. A mentor can bring benefits in the form of a fresh and objective point of view – helping you to see the wood from the trees.
