Al Ra'idah Investment Company (RIC) is a joint stock company established by virtue of the Royal Decree No. 9, dated 27/2/2007. The Company's headquarters is located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. RIC is a pioneering company in the field of real estate investment and development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Acting as real estate arm of the Public Pension Agency, RIC is active in real estate asset management, development and operations. The total value of RIC’s assets under management exceeds SAR 60 billion, including 6 operating assets and 3 mega projects that are currently under development, in addition to a large land bank portfolio. The mega projects include: 1- King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) project- Riyadh. 2- Al Raidah Digital City (RDC) project - Riyadh. 3- Al Raidah Housing Complex (RHC) project- Jeddah.
