Rays of Sonshine is a non-profit faith based organization, licensed by the state to deliver out patient and inpatient care for those that are seeking recovery from substance abuse. It came into being in 1998 and presently has five buildings in the center of Monroe, LA. It has both Clinical and Biblically based recovery programs and works in close association with other government and non-profit agencies who work in this field. Presently our residential facilities are for females only. e are partially funded by the state but the bulk of our funding is from private donations.
