Rawhide is a newly formed private company focused on developing, producing and selling ethanol and dried distillers grains (DDGS) in the United States. With the Company's three-phased development plan completed, Rawhide would be an ethanol industry leader with over 1.2 billion gallons per year (BGPY) of production capacity. We believe we are well-respected among local communities because Rawhide we prioritize local community participations in our ethanol production projects. Having been involved with over 12 ethanol and biofuels projects raising over $1.2 billion in aggregate funding, Rawhide's founders have substantial experience and are regarded as industry leaders. Members of the management team include the former state director of the USDA.s Rural Development for South Dakota, two former Presidents of the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA), former officers of The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, leading industry developers and consultants with Fortune 500 level experience. Rawhide also has substantial strategic relationships with Aventine Renewable Resources (ethanol marketing), DeBruce Grain (corn procurement), Olsson Associates (professional and civil engineering), FC Stone (risk management), U.S. Energy (energy procurement), U.S. Water (water treatment), CSC (DGS marketing) and others. Rawhide plans to build two of the most advanced and efficient 100 MMGPY nameplate capacity plants. All plants are under build arrangements with Fagen, Inc. ("Fagen") to start construction with ICM providing the process engineering. Currently, Fagen plants that are entering into production are producing over 120 MMGPY within the first year of operations. The locations for these plants are Auburn, Nebraska, and Broken Bow, Nebraska. Each plant site is located on a major railroad, has excellent highway access for trucks, has sufficient corn and water availability and is supported by the local community.
