Rawhide Capital acquires and builds small manufacturing and service businesses through patient, long-term ownership. We look for established businesses with roughly $2–8M in revenue, where an owner is considering succession or a transition and wants a buyer who understands the responsibility of running a company. Capital is raised deal by deal — no fund and no fixed exit timeline. A transition carries responsibilities to employees, customers, suppliers, and the owner who built the business. Our approach: understand what makes the business work, support the people already there, strengthen operating and financial discipline, and build for the long term. Companies advised by that practice are not acquisition candidates for Rawhide Capital, and information from advisory work is not used for acquisition sourcing.
