Born in Eryri (Snowdonia) and led by Kate & Ross Worthington, we’re a family-run organisation with a national footprint and a global outlook. Our work spans the UK’s most iconic environments - Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon, Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and beyond - and supports charities, businesses, schools, and communities who believe in the power of adventure to bring people together. At the heart of RAW is one of the strongest and most respected communities of Leaders and Instructors in the UK. They’re the people who make the mountains feel accessible, who keep experiences safe, and who turn a single day out into a lifelong memory.
