In 2002, Rasor & Associates (RA) was established as a consulting engineering firm primarily to provide design and construction management services for small and medium sized municipalities. We began in a small hole-in-the-wall office in the Terrell Square Shopping Strip. Then, before the end of our first year, we employed another person and moved into an adjoining second office space. After 6 years RA has expanded its space to a third office.
