RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization and the leading authority on sexual violence. We are a dynamic organization focused on victim services, public education, public policy, and consulting services. Our team develops and operates best-in-class services for survivors, informs and educates the nation about sexual violence, and improves the public policy and criminal justice response to these crimes. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline, which has helped more than 2.7 million survivors of sexual violence since 1994. The hotline is available by phone (800.656.HOPE) and online chat (online.rainn.org) in English and Spanish (rainn.org/es). The service is free, confidential, and available 24/7.

Women Against Abuse is the leading and largest provider of services to victims of domestic violence in both the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide is quality, compassionate and nonjudgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence and to lead the struggle to end domestic violence through advocacy and community education. With over 100 staff, WAA serves more than 15,000 individuals each year through emergency housing (2- 100 bed shelter), transitional housing (15 apartments and support to various scattered housing sites), legal services, hotline counseling, education/prevention and advocacy. AVP empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and HIV-affected communities and allies to end all forms of violence through organizing and education, and supports survivors through counseling and advocacy.
