RAP Information

RAP Academy® is a violence reduction, mentoring and behavioural intervention organisation established in 1996, working across community, education and criminal justice settings. For 30 years, we have worked with young people, adults, families, professionals and statutory partners to engage people, develop potential and transform outcomes. Our work combines lived experience with structured professional practice, delivering interventions designed to address violence, knife harm, decision-making, identity, emotional regulation, relationships, rehabilitation and personal development. RAP Academy® programmes include The Decision Corridor®, S2DP Knife Harm Framework, RAP Mentors, 360Program, Temple Fitness, Pattern The Endz, Fortified Women, Mind Your Own Business, Brother, Let’s Talk and specialist creative and digital interventions. Our work has been delivered across community, education and criminal justice environments and developed in partnership with local authorities, statutory services and other organisations working to improve outcomes for people and communities.
