Rangate was founded by company principal Greg Godbout, a 30-year veteran of the woodworking tooling and supply business, in 2007. From the beginning, we resolved to take the lead in supporting and growing the North American wooden window and door market. Since then, we've grown into one of the industry's most trusted sources of expertise and knowledge on wooden fenestration. We are at the center of a network of window and door professionals in every aspect of the business- from machinery to the installation, and everything in between. By traveling and building friendships with shop owners, suppliers, and builders across the continent, we’ve developed a strong understanding of where our industry is today, and where we can help it to go. We measure our success by the successes our clients experience using the tools and knowledge we've supplied them- and so we only carry products we're confident putting our names behind. That means the highest standards of European engineering and design on everything we carry. Together, our hard work has created a robust and growing market for solid wood fenestration. We've grown much since we got started, but our core commitment to our clients hasn't changed- personalized, attentive service for each person who contacts us, no matter the size of their order, or the goal of their project.
