Randall Road Realty was created in October, 2011 in order to purchase distressed homes, rehabilitate them into excellent condition and then rent them our for below-market rates. Our growing portfolio focuses on outstanding communities in Chicago's northwest suburb. We currently have properties in Algonquin, Crystal Lake and Lake in the Hills. We believe that RRR provides value in various ways to the communities that we serve. By purchasing distressed properties, we help the local housing market by taking a property off the market. We furthermore provide value by transforming our properties into completely renovated living accommodations. Finally, we offer below market rates to those living in the communities we serve, providing another valuable service to the areas where we develop.
