Rally Software Development, founded in 2002, was a leading provider of services and technology driving agility in the Enterprise. Rally's enterprise cloud software combined with services and consulting solutions, accelerated agile transformation at scale across a large number of Fortune 100 companies. Rally's vision and reach extended far beyond the front office and the board room by moving to empower the community via its certification as a B-corp. Rally pledged one percent of its founding equity to The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County through the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado (EFCO). Rally doubled-down on this commitment with an additional donation of stock at its IPO in 2013. Rally empowered its employees to give back via its 1% of time to volunteering pledge. Rally was acquired by CA Technologies in July, 2015. CA Technologies was acquired by Broadcom in November, 2018.
