Raja Groups is a dynamic, student-driven tech organization founded to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world digital innovation. With the mission of empowering the next generation of developers, Raja Groups was born out of the vision of Raja Raja—a passionate developer and student leader—who believes in unlocking the potential of young minds through hands-on learning, real projects, and industry exposure. We aim to provide students with a platform where they don’t just learn, but apply their skills through meaningful work that shapes their future. At Raja Groups, we believe in nurturing leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit in every student we work with. Our core mission is to train and mentor 1 million students in full stack development by 2030 through practical, project-based education that builds portfolios, skills, and confidence. Our offerings include the Young Developers Program, which provides 30-day training with certification and recommendation letters, along with internships in web development, design, project management, and more. We sign MoUs with colleges—like our first with Poompuhar College’s Computer Science Department—to run collaborative training and placement programs. Raja Groups also helps businesses by building websites, CRMs, and portals, with real clients assigning work to our students under professional guidance. We are currently developing a LinkedIn-style job portal dedicated to student placement, while also conducting tech seminars, resume-building workshops, and weekly coding challenges. Our students engage in real projects, including developing e-commerce sites, college portals, and internal systems—gaining exposure to technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and more. Our founder, Raja Raja, a BCA student and department secretary at Poompuhar College, is driven by a deep desire to inspire students to dream bigger.
