Raise The Grade Information

Raise The Grade has provided ServSafe® training throughout North Carolina and beyond since 2008. What started as a single class offering has grown into a full team of experienced instructors and a partnership with City Kitch, a coworking kitchen. Our 1-day ServSafe® Manager classes cover everything managers need to pass, combining a full day of instruction with the proctored exam on the same day. We host public classes in over a dozen cities across North Carolina, plus select locations in South Carolina, and offer instruction in English and Spanish. For teams and multi-location groups, we bring instructors directly to your business for private onsite training, so an entire management team can get certified in one day. For anyone who can’t make an in-person date, our LiveStream course is a live, interactive online class, and we also offer a recertification option for managers renewing their certification. We work with restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, schools, food trucks, and multi-unit operators, and we also provide food safety consulting.
