RAINSFORD ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN is a multi disciplinary design practice with a strong focus on design innovation, client satisfaction and ecologically sustainable design. Description Based in Newcastle NSW, we service projects all over Australia with previous experiences in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle. R(AD) believes in a conceptual design approach that addresses the strict requirements of our clients. Our design process focuses on collaboration and the desire to question conventional models. Our experience spans many areas including single residential and multi residential developments, retail, commercial, public buildings and tourism projects. We believe every project has the capacity to embrace sustainable design principles and pride ourselves on an attention to detail and design excellence. Our practice uses the latest in 3d BIM design and documentation software that enable us to communicate effectively and efficiently at every stage of the design process in both 2D and 3D. We can service a wide range of project sizes and provide the same level of attention and dedication to each project regardless of scale. R(AD) provides services in project feasibility, concept development, building design, interior design, contract administration, project management, branding, drafting & 3D visualisation.
