Raindrop Enterprises and its various divisions & companies seek to educate individuals about balance in the 3 key areas of Body, Mind & Spirit to help you become a better version of who you already are. It is simple really... just think of it as a 3 legged stool with all 3 legs supporting one foundational platform, capable of helping you live a more vibrant & fulfilling life. We teach and train you on how to become more aware of whatreallymovesyou and your why'swhy. We also provide the necessary tools that you will need to maintain your new lifestyle. We work with the foundational components found in almost every person from any walk of life regardless of their story, path or journey. They are in no particular order, just as a 3 legged stool has no one leg more vital than the others. But removing one or having different lengths proves to make it difficult to sustain an otherwise comfortable position. he same is true for each of us with our Body, Mind & Spirit in conjunction with a balance of Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition & Mindfulness. The majority of this education & training takes place outside the traditional classroom, gym or doctor's office. Ideally, you will be able to utilize the training for use at home making it a much more sustainable transition in lifestyle.
