Rainbow ADHC Information

Rainbow ADHC Centers offer recreational and therapeutic activities that are tailored to your individual needs and designed to help improve or maintain your level of independence and wellness. We offer activities that are cognitively stimulating, help enhance your memory, promote your physical fitness, and create opportunities for your unique self-expression. Rainbow ADHC Social Workers coordinate with our nursing staff, therapeutic activities staff, and alternative therapists to help you attain or maintain your best possible physical, behavioral, and psychosocial well-being. We also provide advocacy and interpreter services when you receive mail or other correspondence from healthcare and government agencies. This sounds too good to be true can I see a Rainbow ADHC Center with my own eyes? We understand that sometimes you have to see something before you can believe it, which is why we always welcome you to come and visit any of our Centers. Just contact one of our Centers to schedule a tour, meet our interdisciplinary team, and even sample the lunch! How are all these services paid for? Rainbow ADHC never charges you for the care and services that we provide not even copays or suggested donations. We work directly with most health insurances, including MassHealth Standard, Senior Whole Health, Commonwealth Care Alliance, United Healthcare, Tufts, etc. Adult Day Health Care services must be ordered by your personal physician. You should discuss options for Adult Day Health Care with your doctor if you have a medical condition that requires a health assessment, oversight, or monitoring by a licensed nurse, and need help with an Activity of Daily Living (like bathing, dressing, eating, etc.) or need skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
