Railtrack Action Group was the first action group for Railtrack shareholders to be set up in the United Kingdom (09/10/01). We are the leading Railtrack shareholder information site in the world. We represent over 30% of Railtrack employees and international Railtrack shareholders. We are a voluntary organisation, all expenses are met by the committee. We do receive income from low level advertising on the website. There are approx 74,000 members on the database, representing over £128,010,000 of shareholders funds (8.4% of Railtrack's share capital). We have new members joining daily. We are the largest known private shareholder action group of any kind in the UK and possibly one of the largest in the world.
