The RAIDR system meets the information needs of commissioners and supports both commissioning and practice management. RAIDR was built by the NHS for the NHS. RAIDR was developed in 2009 and filled a gap in the market. For the first time, it gave local clinicians self-service access to robust, wide-ranging and up to date patient level information.
