RAEIF Information

The objective of the Real Assets Equity Income Funds (RAEIF) is to preserve capital and generate income from investments in the natural resources sector using superior research, analysis and industry insight. RAEIF investment strategies were launched in January 2010 to deliver inflation protected income in various formats (long only and long-short) to our individual and institutional clients. The Funds we manage are structured as Private Partnerships and Institutional Separately Managed Accounts that invest in publicly traded stocks and other income generating securities. These total return vehicles employ low-fee, liquid strategies with monthly/quarterly liquidity and no lock-ups. RAIF LLC serves as the General Partner for our long-only strategies while Thermopolis Partners LLC serves as the General Partner for both our long/short and levered strategies. In April of 2010, Stephens Investment Management (SIM) became a strategic partner in RAEIF. SIM is a tactical family office run by Paul H. Stephens (founder of Robertson Stephens and RS Investments), with his sons Bart and Brad.
